At Wattical Energon, environmental responsibility is at the core of everything we do. Our goal is not only to provide accurate, flexible, and efficient battery testing equipment, but also to actively contribute to a greener and more energy-efficient future.
Battery testing and formation systems play a critical role in green technology by ensuring that energy storage systems are durable, efficient and reliable. Poor battery performance results in more frequent replacement cycles, more electronic waste and reduced energy efficiency. Our state-of-the-art test systems make an important contribution to sustainability in the battery industry on several levels:
Maximizing battery life
By accurately analyzing charge and discharge cycles, our cyclers enable optimized battery design that results in longer lifecycles. This reduces the need for frequent battery replacement, decreases usage of raw materials, lowers emissions from production and minimizes battery disposal waste – all significant factors in reducing environmental impact.
Energy-efficient testing & CO₂ reduction
Unlike conventional battery test systems, which dissipate unused energy as heat, our battery testers feature a bidirectional energy recovery system. Energy not consumed during testing is recovered and either fed back into the grid or reused for further testing. This reduces overall energy consumption, lowers CO₂ emissions from power generation and supports an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly testing environment.
Optimized energy efficiency
Our battery testers feature adaptive range switching, which automatically adjusts to the optimal energy consumption and only uses as much energy as actually needed. In addition, a lossless parallel connection ensures maximum efficiency and prevents unnecessary waste of energy.
